Shipping & Delivery

Handling Time

1 to 3 business days for order preparation and shipment (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00 Eastern Time - New York) or on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days. Deliveries generally take place from Monday to Friday.

Orders will be shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Important Information

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, transportation disruptions, severe weather, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information. If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you.

Shipping Fees and Zones

  • Shipping Fees: We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required.
  • Shipping Zones: We currently ship within the United States.

Modify or Cancel an Order

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@luvans.shop. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

For every order, you will receive:

  • An email confirming your purchase.
  • An email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

You can check your order status at any time using the tracking information provided.
