INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare your pie crust dough, rolling it out to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. Using the mold, press into the prepared dough to cut and form the mini pie bases.
  3. Place a bottom pie crust section onto one half of the mold and add your desired filling. Position the corresponding top crust section over the filling on the other half of the mold and press firmly to seal the edges.
  4. Carefully remove the formed pies and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush the tops with a beaten egg for a golden finish.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the pie crust achieves a golden color.
